Terms of service
Agreement
These terms are between you and Shambhu Singh Chauhan, who runs ClearStrike (clearstrike.in). By using the website or creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy policy, Disclaimer and Refund policy. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
The service
ClearStrike is an education and data tool that publishes end-of-day options analytics. It is not investment advice, research recommendations, a broker or a portfolio manager (see the Disclaimer).
Reports are usually updated after market close on trading days. They can be late, incomplete or missing, for example when exchange files are delayed. We may change, add or remove features. We will tell paying users before removing a feature their plan includes.
Account
One account per person. You must give a correct email and a mobile number you control, and keep access to your account to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Free trial
The 5-day free trial needs no card and is limited to one per person, checked by mobile number and email. Creating extra accounts to get more trials is not allowed. When the trial ends nothing is charged; you go back to the free view unless you buy a plan.
Plans and payment
Paid plans give access for a fixed period (monthly: 30 days; yearly: 365 days) from the moment payment succeeds. Prices are shown in Indian rupees, with GST added where applicable. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A payment receipt or tax invoice is sent to your registered email.
Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, access returns to the free view until you buy again. We may change prices for future purchases; a price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
Reports are for your own personal use. Without our written permission you may not: scrape or download content in bulk or by automated means; copy, resell, republish, share login access or redistribute our reports, data, charts or text; use them to build or feed a competing website, app, bot or dataset, including AI training data; or try to break, overload or get around the security, trial limits or paywall of the service.
Sharing a single chart or number with a link to ClearStrike for discussion is fine. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.
Our content
The website, reports, analytics, text, design and code belong to ClearStrike or its licensors. Exchange data remains subject to the exchange's own terms. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to view the content while your access lasts.
Liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from using or not being able to use ClearStrike. If we are found liable for anything else, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
If a claim is made against ClearStrike because you broke these terms or the law, for example by redistributing our reports, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs that result. This does not apply to your own trading decisions, which are always yours.
Ending your account
You can stop using ClearStrike and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Privacy). We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if the law requires it. If we close the service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us or our grievance officer first; most issues can be solved that way. Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Last updated: 10 Oct 2026.
