Who we are
ClearStrike (clearstrike.in) is run by Shambhu Singh Chauhan. For any privacy question or request, write to support@clearstrike.in.
What we collect
When you sign up: your email address and Indian mobile number. To enforce one free trial per person we also store a one-way hash of each, and the last 4 digits of your phone to show on your account page.
Your language, the time you accepted the risk statement and this policy, your trial and plan dates, and records of your payments (amount, plan, Razorpay payment and order IDs).
We do not collect your PAN, bank account, card or UPI details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and storage
We set one essential sign-in cookie after you verify your phone, and a short-lived cookie during OTP verification. Your theme choice (light or dark) is kept in your own browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account and sign you in; to stop the free trial being used more than once per person; to give you the access your plan includes; to record payments and meet tax and legal duties; and to reply when you write to us.
We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you sign up, and where the law requires or permits it (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). You can withdraw consent by asking us to delete your account.
Who processes it for us
Supabase (database, stored in its Mumbai, India region), Vercel (website hosting), Razorpay (payments), Google Firebase (sending the sign-in code by SMS; your phone number is shared with Google for this) and Cloudflare (security check on sign-up). They act on our instructions and may process data on servers outside India. We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except payment records that tax law requires us to keep, which we keep only for that required period.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account, and you can raise a grievance. Write to support@clearstrike.in from the email linked to your account. We reply within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, contact our grievance officer (see the Grievance page), and after that you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security and children
Access to your data is limited to our server code and the owner. Codes are never stored in plain text and the database cannot be read from the browser. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting you happens, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
ClearStrike is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy here with a new date, and tell signed-up users by email if the change is significant. Last updated: 10 Oct 2026.
