Shipping and delivery policy

What we deliver

ClearStrike sells online access to options analytics reports and tools on clearstrike.in. There is no physical product, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

When you get access

Your plan is switched on in your ClearStrike account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. Log in with the same email to see everything your plan includes, on any device.

The 5-day free trial needs no payment and starts when you create your account.

If access does not appear

If you were charged but your plan is not active within 30 minutes, write to support@clearstrike.in with the Razorpay payment ID and the email on your account. We fix it, or refund the charge in full as described in our Refund and cancellation policy.

How long access lasts

Access lasts for the period you paid for (for example one month or one year) and does not renew automatically. Last updated: 16 Oct 2026.
